Housing inventory is continuing to rise in three spots near Calgary

Homebuyers in Airdrie, Cochrane, and Okotoks are seeing more options as new listings rise, increasing inventory near Calgary. Airdrie's inventory grew 45.5% to 535 units, with prices dropping nearly 5% to $520,400. Cochrane's inventory rose 74.2% to 310 units, with prices up 2.3% to $585,200. Okotoks saw a 34.3% inventory increase to 137 units, with stable prices at $618,600.
