The average price of a single detached home in Airdrie dropped 6.4% in 2025 to $599,900. Most Calgary region communities also saw price declines, including Okotoks, Calgary, Cochrane, and Chestermere. Rocky View County's benchmark price was $754,408, and Cochrane's was $648,700. Increased new home competition and more resale supply contributed to higher inventory levels, the highest since before the pandemic.
