Airdrie's total residential benchmark home price fell 6.2% year over year to $511,200 in December 2025. Residential sales rose 15.8% to 85 transactions, while new listings dropped 12.2% to 79. Active inventory increased 23.6% to 304 units, with months of supply at 3.58. Detached home prices rose 6.4% to $599,900. Airdrie accounted for 6% of Calgary region sales. Nearby Calgary and Cochrane saw modest price increases and rising inventories.
