Airdrie ranks 49th among 60 Canadian cities for rental affordability, with average one-bedroom rents at $1,461, down 7.9% from last year. Two-bedroom rents average $1,752, a 3.7% decrease. Calgary's rents are higher, while North Vancouver is the most expensive. Western provinces saw the largest rent declines, with Alberta down 5.3%. Airdrie's home prices have also fallen nearly 5% year-over-year.
